It was a bright sunny day at the small tropical island. On the beach of the island a large group of friends play around in the water. They look like normal people except for a few choice people. Like the large man with green skin and a large white cloak covering him, Also the short man with no nose on his face, And finally the short walking, talking pig.  “TRUNKS!!!” Bulma yelled to her son that was splashing around with his best friend Goten. “ Yes mother?” Trunks replied flying up to his mother who was sitting at the small lunch table drinking a cold fruit drink. “Trunks, could you please help your father? I think he’s having problems over there,” Bulma says pointing over to where Vegeta was coughing from the cloud of smoke that had engulfed him coming from the near by barbecue grill. “HACK! HACK! HACK!” came from Vegeta’s mouth. “Ok mom I’ll help him, if I can, I mean it is Father after all,” Trunks says.
 “Hey Father, need any help?” Trunks asks coming up from behind Vegeta. “No I don’t need your help!” Vegeta snaps at Trunks, “I don’t need any ones help!”  “But Dad the meat is looking a little burnt there,” Trunks points out. He instantly stops talking once Vegeta gives him a cold look that sends a chill down his spine. “ Umm never mind the meat looks good to me,” Trunks says with an insecure smile. “ Hey Vegeta! How’s it going?” Gokou says walking up to Vegeta and Trunks. Vegeta gives him a large fake smile sense he completely despised Gokou. “Nothing much Gokou I’m just cooking the steaks, go on back to the water,” Vegeta says smiling trying to get rid of his rival. “ Oh well I’ll just stay up here and keep you company!” Gokou says smiling and patting Vegeta on the back. Vegeta just smiles and tries not to let the sound of his grinding teeth be heard.

 “Hey Goten! What do you think of my new swim suit?” Bra says walking up to the water’s edge. Goten turns around and looks at Bra. His mouth hangs wide open as he sees Bra’s bright red strapless bikini swim suit. “Wow,” is all Goten can say as his eyes scan up and down Bra’s body. Bra walks into the water and shivers as she discovers how cold it is. “My god it’s cold!” Bra yells hugging herself for warmth. “Well you’ll get used to it soon,” Pan says as she slashes Bra, “here I’ll help you get used to it!” Bra screams as she is hit with the cold ocean water. Goten laughs loudly at Bra and Pan. Both girls stop suddenly and nod at each other. Bra and Pan tackle Goten and dunk his head under water. Bra and Pan laugh loudly as Goten pops up for breath.

 Marron lays on her beach towel and sleeps. While the green skinned Piccolo leans up against a palm tree. Krillin eats his well-burnt hotdog and drinks his ice-cold soda. 18, Bulma, and Chi-chi talk about how their husbands fought in the past but have become good friends, well maybe except for Vegeta. Gohan puts sunscreen on his wife, Videl, and drinks his cola drink. Ubuu swims underwater and looks at the coral reef that was near the island. Tien, Yamcha, and chaoztu talk of training and Kame looks at swimsuit magazines.
 Marron wakes up from her pleasant sleep and looks at the sky. She sees the calm blue sky with a few fluffy white clouds. She sits up and looks over the water and sees a small ball of flame plummeting into the sea. “Hey guys! Look at that!” Marron yells pointing in the direction of the object.

Everyone looks at the falling thing and all is silent. Bra breaks the silence “What the heck is that!” “I don’t know but I’m going to find out!” Trunks says flying into the air.

 The thing falls into the water and a large HISSS escapes and the flames are instantly put out. Trunks makes it to the site of the crash and then dives underwater. He looks around for the thing that fell into the water but sees nothing. Something catches his eye and he swims towards it. On the very bottom of the ocean is a large round object the size of a boulder. He’s seen something like it before but he can’t remember where. He suddenly remembers where! It was a Sayajin space pod! He swims around to the other side and notices that the pod was open! Who had been inside it?

He can’t sense any other powers other than his friends and family. Yet in his mind he thinks someone is near.
 Something touches his shoulder but Trunks just figures it’s a curious fish. When the thing touches his again he turns around. Something hits him, hard. Trunks flies out of the water and crashes on the beach. Vegeta is the first to reach Trunks. “ You ok Trunks? What happened?” Gokou says. “I don’t know! Something just hit me!” Trunks says sitting up and rubbing his jaw, “something really strong!” “Look!” Chi-chi says pointing out to the water.

Slowly rising up from the water is a very wet, very angry Overkill. Overkill just looks at the group of people on the beach and sense their powerful energies. In an instant he is on the beach. “Who are you?” Gokou yells to Overkill. Overkill just looks at Gokou and doesn’t say anything. “You attacked my son and I’m not going to stand around and let you do that!” Vegeta says leaping at Overkill. Overkill fires a Ki blast that sends Vegeta crashing through a row of palm trees. He fires another and hits Gokou sense he is the next most powerful person there. Gokou is knocked down and has the breath knocked out of him. “DAD!” Trunks and Goten both yell. Piccolo fires an energy blast at Overkill, but Overkill just smacks it away like a fly. Overkill than sets his sights on Piccolo. He disappears then reappears right in front of Piccolo. Startled, Piccolo throws a punch at Overkill. Overkill grabs Piccolo’s fist and pulls him into a knee to his gut. Piccolo doubles over and falls to the ground. Overkill turns around sees all the others with angry looks on their faces. “Next?” Overkill says looking at each and every one of the dragonball people.

 Overkill waits for someone to make a move so he can take his anger out on someone. He had just lost his family and sense Golem isn’t there he was going to make some poor sucker pay. Gokou and the rest wonder why they can’t sense him and can’t and can’t tell how powerful he is.

Overkill doesn’t seem to notice the movement in the water behind him. Ubuu was slowly moving closer to Overkill from behind. Gokou looks to Ubuu and nods slightly. Ubuu nods back to Gokou. Ubuu plants his foot into the ground and leaps at Overkill. Overkill spins and Ubuu is sent flying past him and landing on Yamcha. Krillin leaps at Overkill but regrets it when Overkill spins and backhands Krillin sending him into the sand. Goten, Trunks, Tien, and 18 charge at Overkill but Overkill leaps high into the air. Overkill kicks 18 in the stomach and backhands her into the water. Goten is punched in the side and kicked in the head. Trunks and Tien attack together and Trunks punches Overkill in the face, while Tien kicks him in the gut. Overkill grabs both of them by the neck and slams their heads together. Piccolo rushes him but in a flash has his right arm cut off by Overkill's Katana. Overkill then knees piccolo again and sends him to the ground.

“I’ve had enough of this!” Vegeta yells as he looks to Gokou. Gokou looks back at Vegeta and smiles. “ Ready for a little double teaming?” Gokou says. Vegeta just nods and both look back to Overkill. Overkill feels their energy rising and growing rapidly. He starts to become a little worried. To his surprise Gokou and Vegeta both yell out loud and they release their powers as they are engulfed in golden light. Their hair turns a bright Gold. “SUPER SAYAJIN?!?!?!?!” Overkill thinks to himself in shock, “They’re SAYAJINS! Amazing!” Overkill thinks to himself. They both leap at Overkill and start pounding Overkill with punches and kicks.  He blocks Gokou’s punch but is then kicked by Vegeta. Overkill kicks Vegeta but is backhanded by Gokou. Fires a Ki blast at Gokou, but Gokou disappears. Overkill occupies himself with Vegeta and Gokou reappears high above them. Gokou cups his hands and brings them back behind himself. “KAME” Gokou yells out loud as a small ball of energy forms in his hands. Overkill doesn’t pay attention, as he is busy with Vegeta. “HAME” Gokou continues, as the ball of energy grows larger. Overkill does a back flip and kicks Vegeta. “HAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!” Gokou yells as he releases a powerful kamehameha at Overkill.  Overkill is engulfed by the blast and rides it all the way down to the island waiting far below. He hits the ground and the energy blast explodes. “All right!” Krillin yells.  And everyone congratulates Vegeta and Gokou for beating the powerful party crasher.

The dust clears from the area that the blast occurred. “What the?” Trunks says as he sees that Overkill is alive and very, very pissed off.  Overkill starts to see that beating these two Sayajins is going to be very hard to do. Overkill powers up and a golden light explodes around him as he goes Super Sayajin. “He’s a Sayajin!” Oolong yells as he runs and hides behind Yamcha. “How many actually escaped planet Vegeta?” Bulma asks Chi-chi. Chi-chi just shrugs. Gohan, Goten, and Trunks join Gokou and Vegeta at their sides. Gohan, Goten, and Trunks are surrounded by golden light as they go Super Sayajin. " How many freakin Sayajins are here?!?” Overkill says clamping his fists. “I’m going to end this fight now!” Overkill thinks to himself. Overkill charges up even more and another explosion comes from within him. Now his golden hair was down to his knees. A very shocked Tien backs away along with every one else that wasn’t a Sayajin. “The kid’s strong,” Vegeta says to Gokou and the others. “Yeah,” Gokou says. “But we’re stronger,” Gokou says going to his second then third form, and Vegeta follows behind. A bead of sweat goes down Overkill’s forehead. “Now let’s show him how much more powerful,” Vegeta says as he and Gokou go into their FOURTH Super Sayajin form! The sudden shock of their power causes Overkill to step back. Now he knows he cannot beat them at least not together. “How the heck did these Sayajins get here? How can they be so powerful?” Overkill thinks to himself. He gasps to himself as he realizes who they are!
“Kakarot? Vegeta?” Overkill says. “Yeah so?” Gokou says puzzled. Overkill goes out of Super Sayajin and walks over to Gokou. Overkill looks Gokou up and down. “My name is Vertell but every one calls me Overkill,” Overkill says with a cold look on his face. Overkill gets down on one knee and bows his head. “Gokou, Vegeta, I would be honored if you would agree to train me to fight,” Overkill says. Gokou goes out of his Super Sayajin form and so do Vegeta, Goten, Gohan, and Trunks. “No,” Gokou says coldly. Shocked, Overkill looks up to Gokou and stands up. His cold light brown eyes stare deep into Gokou’s. “Why,” Overkill says, in the way he says it doesn’t sound like a question but more like a threat. “I don’t want to associate myself with any one who would attack people for no reason at all,” Gokou says coldly. Overkill gets closer to Gokou and puts his face about three inches from Gokou’s. After a very uncomfortable minute of pure silence Overkill looks over to Vegeta. “Do you feel the same way about me?” Overkill says. “Nope,” Vegeta says. Overkill turns back to Gokou and smiles sinisterly. “I won’t train you because I don’t like ya,” Vegeta adds. Overkill’s smile goes away.

He looks back at Gokou with hate in his eyes. Overkill looks past Gokou at all the people ready to jump on him if he made a wrong move. Right now Overkill would bet that if he so much as sneezed they would be on top of him. He didn’t want another fight now that he knew what he was up against. About ten good fighters, two were Nameks (piccolo and Dende) and five, near as he could tell were Sayajins that all knew Super Sayajin, two could get up to level four! Overkill was a killing machine but he wasn’t stupid. He knew that he was out gunned. In an effort to regain some of his pride, he violently pushes Gokou and stands waiting for an attack. He smiles realizing that the attack wasn’t going to come. “Pussies!” Overkill says as he lifts himself into the air. In a flash of light Overkill rockets away from them and disappears in the distance.

“Wow, that kid was strong!” Krillin says wiping some sweat from his brow. “Yeah and a Sayajin too,” Yamcha says pointing out the obvious. “We need to watch him closely, you know the past problems we had with Sayajins, we all don’t want another Brolli,” Gohan says. “It’s good that you two refused to train him, he is too dangerous!” Bulma says. “I don’t agree,” Piccolo says walking up from behind. Every one looks back at him. “In refusing to train him I believe you have now made us a very powerful enemy,” Piccolo continues. “But he was evil,” Krillin says almost disgusted by what Piccolo is saying. “Yes that is true, but I believe that we have an assortment of former “bad guys” ourselves,” Piccolo says referring to Vegeta, Ubuu, 18, and Himself.  “I do believe even Gokou was evil at one time in his life, sure he was a baby but he was still evil,” Piccolo continues. “Well if he tries anything we have Vegeta and Gokou to fight him,” Tien says. “But they cannot be with every one at all times. And sense we cannot sense his energy Gokou and Vegeta can’t tell where he is or if he is near any one of you,” Piccolo’s words ring true and everyone thinks to themselves in silence.
“ That boy is quite mysterious and one of those mysteries is why we can’t sense him, we can lower or powerlevels at will but we can still be sense just not as powerful as you really are, I couldn’t sense him at all, it was like he wasn’t there,” Piccolo adds on. Gokou looks up into the sky where Overkill had left and wonders if he has made the right decision.

 Every one has gone home and Bra lays in her bed and thinks. She thinks about the boy Sayajin that couldn’t have been any older than she is. She thinks of his threat to them, her friends, her family, and her Father. Her father could probably beat this guy, Overkill, what kind of name is that any way? To her it sounds like an N64 video game. “What would happen if I ran into this guy? Would he attack and probably kill me? Or would he let me go?” She says to herself. “Can’t stop thinking about what happened today can you?” Trunks says from Bra’s doorway. “No I can’t. What if he comes after one of us or one of the sons or..or,” Bra continues on.  “Chill out little sis every thing will be fine. He wouldn’t try any thing because he knows a lot of powerful warriors would be out looking for him,” truth was in Trunks’ words. Bra smiled at Trunks “He sure ruined a great party didn’t he?” Bra says smiling to her older brother. “Come on its time for dinner,” Trunks says as he pulls his sister out of bed by her arms. “Ow! That hurts! Honestly I don’t see what Marron sees in you,” Bra says smiling at her brother. “Come on I’ll give you a piggy back ride!” Trunks says as he leans down in front of Bra. Bra leaps onto Trunks’ back and holds on as he walks out of the house and down the steps to dinner.

 At the Sons’ house they are just now eating too. Out side Overkill moves undetected. He followed the Sons to their house after they left. The advantage to his black leather jacket was that he couldn’t be sensed when he wore it. The jacket is made of special leather he had developed to cloak him from any kind of sensor including natural ones. He peered inside the Son house and watched them talk about the day in a friendly tone and manner as if a powerful Sayajin didn’t attack them.

 That’s what his family was like before…. He turns away from the window and lays his back against the house. He exhales deeply and a tear comes to his eye. No! He was a powerful Sayajin warrior he was not going to cry! He wipes the tear from his eye and silently walks away from the house. The door to the Son home suddenly opens, Overkill leaps out of the way and out of sight. Gohan and Goten had walked out for some air after the large meal. “ That Overkill kid was strong, he could easily have killed us if he wanted to,” Goten says to Gohan. “Yeah well any one could easily kill you,” Gohan says smiling to his little brother.  “Oh really?” Goten says feeling insulted. “ Yeah really!” Gohan says in a challenging tone of voice. Goten tackles Gohan and Gohan fights back. They roll around on the ground kicking up dirt and laughing. Gokou walks out of the house and joins in the wrestling match. The small match now started to get loud. Overkill laughs silently and his heart breaks as he thinks of the fact that he will never have memories like that with his little brothers. His family died fast and painless, except….Tunnen. Tears swelled up in his eyes as he thought of his youngest brother. His youngest brother Tunnen had died slow and painfully. Tears now flowed fast and freely down his face and soaked his jacket. Overkill covers his mouth with his hand so the Sons cannot hear his sobs and cries. Chi-chi now comes out of the door and yells at them for making so much noise at night. She reminds him so much of his own mother. He remembers his mother and how messed up she was when his father had died. He was about eight years old then, Corran was two and Tunnen was just born. Overkill now falls to his knees and weeps. His tears soak the ground. Now he thinks of Golem and how he will get his revenge and how sweet it will be. How will he beat him if Gokou or Vegeta doesn’t train him? His heart fills with rage then with sorrow again. His anger mixes in with his sorrow and rage to make him want to kill every thing he sees. His anger takes over and he slams his fist through into the tree standing next to him, snapping it in two. The Sons stop instantly and Gokou, Gohan, and Goten run to the spot where the tree was struck. They find nothing but a small area where the grass was matted. “Someone was here, but he’s gone now,” Goten says nervously. “Do you think he knows where we live?” Gohan says. “I don’t know but we need to keep a look out for this guy Overkill, he’s too powerful not to,” Gokou says.

The Sons go back into the house, turn off all the lights and go to sleep.  They don’t notice Overkill sitting on the near by mountaintop looking down on them. Overkill flies until he reaches a city called New York. He finds a large card board box and sleeps inside of it. Rain starts to come down in buckets and Overkill lies in the box crying. Sobbing and crying over his own family and the memories he had of them. One day he would have his revenge and if he had to go through Gokou and Vegeta to get it…THEN SO BE IT!
